SuRT Kurzwaffe

This is a one-day SuRT handgun safety and rules examination on 24 January 2027, with the squad scheduled for 09:00. It has a capacity of 15 and is shown as fully booked; the examination fee is €60 per participant, payable by bank transfer within 14 days of registration, or the registration may be removed in favor of a waitlisted entrant. The examination has theoretical and practical parts, and applicants must have at least three months of BDS membership, a current insurance mark in their BDS membership card, and a firearms authorization based on an official reliability and suitability check. The practical portion requires eye and ear protection, a compliant pistol of at least 9 mm (revolvers are excluded), at least three magazines, a suitable holster and magazine pouches, and about 100 rounds; .22-caliber firearms are permitted only for juveniles. Applicants from LV 3 or LV 6 need prior approval from their own regional association, and the organizer says fees are generally not refunded after withdrawal.

€60.00 per participant. Transfer no later than 14 days after registration to BDS Landesverband Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. at Sparkasse Trier, IBAN DE47 5855 0130 0001 0197 77, using the stated payment reference and the participant's own name. If payment is not received within 14 days, the registration may be deleted in favor of substitutes. Registration is binding; participant cancellations generally do not result in a refund.
