Berlin Steel Challenge

Berlin Steel Challenge 03 is a Steel Challenge match running 12–15 November 2026, with four stages and at least 100 rounds; a start is scheduled to take about one hour. The listed stages are 5 to Go, Pendulum, Smoke and Hope, and Roundabout, and competitors shoot five strings per stage with the worst run discarded. The published squad schedule includes an RO/helper pre-match on Thursday at 10:00, competitor slots on Thursday afternoon and evening, Friday from morning onward, and a Saturday 18:00 slot; the event dates also include Sunday, but the page excerpt does not specify a Sunday start time. Entry costs €40 for the first start and €32 for each additional start, while juniors up to 21 years old enter free; fees are due within seven calendar days of registration by bank transfer to BDS Landesverband 1 Berlin-Brandenburg e.V., using the stated match reference. Registration is online, closes 6 November, permits at most four starts per entrant, and allows only one start per division and per time slot; holster experience is required for divisions 10001–10004. Shooters are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes before their start, and the organizer warns that late arrivals may not be guaranteed another slot. The five strings are shot consecutively, so competitors are told to bring enough magazines or speedloaders; inadequate reloading capability can incur a three-second procedural penalty per required loading pause.
