The 2026 Deutsche Meisterschaft Long Range Part I is a Level 1 rifle match held over two days (October 2–3) at Airbase Shooting Range Wiechlice, Poland. Competitors shoot in one of six divisions (F/TR, Open, Semi Auto, Semi Auto Open, Standard, or Standard Open) at three distances: 300m, 600m, and 800m. Each distance requires three sighting shots and ten scored rounds, for a total of 39 rounds. Entry costs 100 EUR per start, with a maximum of two starts per competitor. Registration closed on July 31, 2026, and all 138 available spots were filled. The match is organized by the Bund Deutscher Sportschützen 1975 e.V. (BDS), with Dr. Michael Reiter as Match Director and Frank Steegmanns as Range Master. Competitors must be BDS members and must provide their own firearms and ammunition. European firearms passes and match invitations are required for border crossing into Poland.
